This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every student has at least one thing that really engages them,

for teens who are gamers, having a virtual reality headset can be that thing that really engages them in learning.

This virtual reality headset will be in our makerspace and students will have the opportunity to try the VR set for free choice maker time. We will have an esports competition and learn about the different ways virtual reality is present in everyday life. The VR set will also be used as an incentive for good attendance in school.
