it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am so excited to expand my classroom library in order to give my students access to great independent reading books.
Reading is a huge part of intellectual as well as social development and is so important in the middle school years.
I really am excited to provide the students with more literature choices and books that will capture their attention. Developing a culture of reading is a major focus of middle school. Getting students to love reading really makes them lifelong learners. This project will also enable me to organize the books on shelves and in bins for them to provide easy ways for them to choose what they wish.
