This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In kindergarten, it is important to learn your letters, sounds, and numbers, but it is also important to learn to work well with others and independently. These skills can be fostered in young learners by providing engaging centers that they can work on in small groups or by themselves.

In my classroom we have inherited some great center supplies but, a lot are nearly 15-20 years old.

In school years, that is old. When a whole classroom of students uses materials regularly they begin to show their age after only 1-2 years. Please help me upgrade my centers to new items that are in mint condition.
