This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As I begin my next school year, my co-teacher and I are moving to a smaller classroom that lacks the technology needed to engage young learners. My Co-Taught classroom currently only has one SMART Board. This means that 1 of the 2 simultaneous learning groups will lack any form of technology display and engagement for each and every lesson taught.
The LG StanByMe Portable Touch Screen Monitor can fulfill the capabilities needed to engage and inspire learning for a small group students with ranging needs.
This monitor will be able to display learning targets, read alouds, math problems and so much more, all the while, giving students the ability to physically interact with their learning.
Without this tool, students will lack any form of technological learning and miss out on opportunities that the other group in the room will have access to. Please help me engage my students in computer science while teaching the standards necessary for success throughout the school year.
