Engaging Activities in AP Psychology

My Project

At the end of the year, my final question on my end-of-the-year improvement survey was "What is one thing you'll remember from this year?" Their responses included "The many activities we did," "How fun this class was," "The little labs we did like the bubbles, Pavlov, and the taste thing with the berries and lemons" and "I'll remember most of the experiments and activities we did since it really helped me study for the test!"

Our AP Psychology students have been scoring very well on their AP exam largely because you have been funding experiences for them.

In fact, 90% of our AP Psychology students earn a qualifying score of 3, 4, or 5. Most impressively, 40% of them earn the top score of a 5.

Their joy is contagious. We will use the candies to explore statistics as well as sensation and perception. The bugs demonstrate theories of emotion. We use the bubbles to learn about the different perspectives of psychology.
