My Project

My classroom currently has a 1:1 student to Chromebook ratio so online learning is a significant part of their everyday learning. With BrainPop Jr. the students will be able to learn through activities, videos, and other interactive progress-monitoring tasks through games and hands-on worksheets. It will also give them the range to explore different topics that they otherwise may not engage in such as science or social studies.

In special education, there are so many different ways the kids in my class learn and sometimes each day is different so it is important for me to have a large toolbox of successful resources at all times.

The desk cart will allow me to stand comfortably anywhere in my classroom while using my laptop to teach the students or reading from a curriculum book. The wheels will allow me to easily move around the room with minimum distractions while keeping the students engaged and interacting in the learning as it occurs.
