My Project

Kindergarten needs an easel! Students need to see writing and modeling to learn! An easel would help students visually see writing and phonics skills more readily. This project would benefit 2 classrooms for a total of 50 students!

Being at a new school the past few years, our furniture budget has been very limited!

One thing that I really miss is an easel. This helps students visually learn and helps me to model their learning and thinking.

I can also bring students in a group and they are able to see what I am modeling. I would use the easel for community building with our morning meeting, daily phonics activities, interactive writing, reading big books and daily math activities.
