it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, creative, and full of energy. They come to school each day excited to learn, explore, and express themselves. What makes them truly special is their eagerness to try new things and their ability to find joy in hands-on learning. They thrive when given opportunities to build, create, and experiment — not just by listening, but by doing.
These materials will make a big difference in how my students learn.
The clay and Play-Doh will give them a hands-on way to explore shapes, letters, and creative ideas, while also helping to strengthen fine motor skills. The pencils and erasers are essential tools that allow students to write, draw, and revise without fear of making mistakes. By having access to these basic but powerful resources, my goal is to create a learning space where every child feels confident, supported, and free to explore their imagination. This project will help them engage more deeply and joyfully in their learning journey.
