My Project
My students will benefit from small group resources. I will be setting up a new classroom this upcoming school year and I am excited to make it a one-of-a-kind classroom! A kidney-shaped activity table and rolling stand-up easel will allow students to become more engaged, through close proximity, and create a safe space for students to feel comfortable in sharing their voices during active discussions. Activity tables for small groups allow students to easily work together and share with one another. Small groups and working with partners allow students to build confidence and thrive in the classroom. A rolling stand-up easel will also provide not only the teacher but also the students with the ability to utilize and share work during lessons along with ease of mobility.
