My Project

By supporting my Donors Choose project, donors can contribute to creating a more inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environment for my freshman English students, setting them up for success both in high school and beyond.

Supplies will enhance creativity, providing students with different means of expression.

Incorporating art into my English classes promotes multimodal learning, catering to diverse learning styles. These supplies will help with improved comprehension, as visual aids created through art projects can aid in understanding complex literary concepts. Students can visually represent themes, characters, and plot elements, reinforcing their comprehension of the material. Additionally, these supplies will make learning more engaging and fun!

Finally, just having additional paper, notebooks and pencils will benefit students who cannot afford to purchase these supplies throughout the school year. I am so grateful for anything donated to assist my learners this year! Thank you!
