My Project

It is my goal to create an environment that gives my students access to a fulfilling education. I teach a Kindergarten class of 33 students. I am constantly forced to burn out trying to individualize my instruction and cater to my students' needs.

My goal is to meet all of my students at their level in small groups or 1:1.

If I am unable to work on each student's individual path, they have a hard time succeeding next to their peers of any level.

This includes my kids who are not able to get enrichment due to the needs of the class as a whole. I'm currently getting my doctorate in Educational Technology because of my online teaching success. Let's connect these kids to kinesthetic technology instead of throwing them on a Chromebook.

I want to provide these centers to give my students autonomous learning. They make the largest growth with their own motivation rather than mine. I hope I can give them everything they need to continue learning past my year with them.
