My Project

Our students love learning about energy. They love exploring through inquiry and experiences that allow them to use hands-on learning to wonder, question, and innovate.

This project will bring Snap Circuits, a remote controlled car, a robot and coding games to students who are learning about energy, energy transformations, circuits, and coding.

With this project, they will have opportunities to learn through exploration by creating electrical circuts that demonstrate energy transformation, they will also use using a remote controlled vehicle to navigate through an obstacle course and a robot to learn about artifical intelligence and energy transformations. While learning about robots and remote controlled vehicles, students will be introduced to coding on Scratch and Scratch Jr by using cards that encoruage them to create projects using block coding. Learning experiencs that allow students to create and innovate make learning fun and help to develop a love for science.
