My students have a need for snacks for energy. Many come to school late or miss meals at home. With a ready to go food item my students will not be hungry and eager to learn.
Food items provided by this project will be used by many.
We are a low income based school My students thrive on learning and want to be in class. Coming to see me hunger or stomach ache related to being empty is a constant concern.
With these added supplies I will be able to give a food item for snack when there is a need. Keeping our hunger away and fueling our bodies is important for class learning time. No one wants to sit and be uncomfortable even my students.
My Project
With a ready to go snack on hand for the late students or those just with a hunger is ideal. Many come in late or leave early. The stomach growling from hunger is not fun. A stomach that is aching because it is empty is no way to sit and learn in class.
Many of my students will come in having missed a meal or forgotten to eat on the way.
I want to provide any person with a hunger need an item of food and enable them to return to class quickly. My students are eager to be in school and learning.
