My Students
I teach 5th grade science, math, and reading to an amazing group of kids. It is my first year at this school, but I am excited to bring what I've learned in Virginia with me to Georgia. We have two 5th grade classes, so I will be teaching science to 50 students each day. The school has worked to build a strong sense of community during these challenging times, and I will do my part to create meaningful lessons.
Inquisitive, thoughtful, and kind, my students are ready to shape the future.
They will use technology in new, exciting ways to explore the world around them, and they will take an active role in their community (starting with our classroom).
My Project
I have used Spheros in my graduate work and in after-school clubs. They are great tools for teaching STEM, and the kids get hooked when they see how much they can do. I have always wanted a Power Pack of Spheros for my students, and that dream can become reality with your help!
