My Project
Having students from all over the world with an equally diverse background in education, skill development and access to resources. Many need help with reading, writing, and other necessary skills, especially after the high impact disruption to their education that has been the COVID era. Creativity through collaborating on the whiteboard with Expo markers or creating visualizations of concepts help make the material more engaging and memorable. I'm imagining many of the uses with these whiteboards could be during times of knowledge checks, times when a candy reward could make demonstrating their learning all the sweeter.
These students are working through challenging and important material focused on equity, and with this project I am hoping to alleviate some of their basic obstacles and provide them with immediate, fast paced, high engaging fun activities to use during lessons.
