Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As a third-grade math teacher, I'm passionate about ensuring my students continue to grow and learn, even during the summer break. That's why I'm requesting specific materials to support their learning outside of the classroom. With a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card, I'll be able to access a wide range of engaging math activities tailored to each student's needs.

These activities will keep them motivated and excited about learning, helping to prevent the summer slide and ensure they're ready for the challenges of the next grade level.

Additionally, multiplication flash cards will help them maintain their math skills and reinforce what they've learned throughout the year. Finally, sunglasses and camera film will add a fun and celebratory touch to our end-of-year math awards ceremony, where we'll recognize and celebrate each student's unique achievements and contributions to the class. Overall, my goal is to provide my students with the tools and support they need to thrive academically and personally, both inside and outside of the classroom.
