This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project is designed with end of the year activities in mind, including two STEM projects that students work on for our school wide open house. Students design new animal adaptations for their animal based on a chosen habitat. This project makes a great Open House display and it reinforces all of the concepts that we have learned this year.
In addition, we will be doing some Art and need the stronger poster paper for our self portraits.
The step stool will assist me in safely mounting their projects. I have also included end of the year goodies such as sunglasses and water balloons for the last week of school. These items really wrap up the school year and encourage joy and emotional well being for the kids as they exit the grade.
