Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

While it is only February, I am already planning out how to end this year with some exciting activities and extra fun!

I'm hoping to gift each student a plain white t-shirt that we will all decorate together and a very specific coloring book that my students will LOVE!

Our favorite comic artist that we read every day during morning meeting has created a coloring book with all the characters we know and enjoy.

Additionally, I am hoping this project will help me fund white t-shirts that we will all sign and draw on to help us remember how fun this third grade year was.

Some other materials listed include note cards, hooks, scissors, and expo markers that will just restock our current very short supply and last us through the rest of the year :)
