Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The end of the school year is coming and I would love to be able to provide some fun activities for my students to do and enjoy, the last month of class.
I would like to plan a game day, which will allow students to play board games and keep practicing the skill of cooperative group work.
I would also like for students to be able to learn about the butterfly cycle. I would also like for students to have a sports day, where they can have a field day and build on their motor skills, cooperative play and just end the year strong.
School and learning is important and one part of it is students learning how to work together and also how to have fun. My second graders have worked really hard this school year and I really would like to provide them with a fun activity each week, for the last month of school.
