This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These past few years have greatly impacted the students in my class. Students have had to adapt in ways but they have also missed many opportunities to socialize with their peers and learn how to be the best learner. We have a classroom store that uses classroom money. In the class, they get paid for their classroom jobs, treating their peers with respect, being helpful, having integrity, being studious, etc. They are able to use their classroom money to buy items that are interesting and hold value to them. With a variety of prizes, all students will feel encouraged to do their best and become their best selves.
