Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our children are all so very hardworking and deserve the very best tools and supplies to further their education. The items that we need will, absolutely, make a difference in their learning this year since we are already with empty shelves. For example, having more permanent markers would be such a blessing since currently we are sharing just 1 set between all the classes. Another example is our pencil sharpener that just put in its retirement letter. We are also asking for another sharpener that is strong enough to sharpen colored pencils. The toner cartridge would make it easy for the students to have copies of assignments immediately and effectively at a moment's notice. The tissues are also in desperate need since we are still in allergy season with only 1 box of tissues left. The Clorox wipes are also in need since in order to control illnesses, like the flu, we have been cleaning our tables and community areas.

If you can donate towards our goal to receive the items, my students will have what we need to be more successful.
