Empress Empowerment Journal Project

Help me give my students a journal and pens as well as colored pencils for a self reflection and future goals project for a female empowerment mini-class!

My Project

Another teacher and I are teaching a female empowerment class for 6-8th grade girls. We have exciting guest speakers and a fieldtrip! What we need is journals, colored pencils, and pens for the girls to record thoughts, feelings, self-reflections, and future goals!

This class will focus fitness, opportunities, and self-exploration through a feminine lens.

We will be reading poetry by female poets and have guest speakers including, but not limited to, a federal prosecutor, two educators who participated in the Greek system in college, and a marine veteran.

Having these journals will allow our students to have a place to record and continue to write their thoughts and goals even after our class.
