My Project
Our project is all about making sure students have the right shoes for gym class, especially if they don't have much money. Imagine some kids only wearing socks during gym because they don't have proper shoes. One girl even shared that she's been using the same shoes since grade 4, and they're all worn out.
Not having good shoes doesn't just make PE class less safe; it is just not safe.
Running and playing sports without the right shoes can lead to accidents and injuries. We want to change that by getting new and strong P.E shoes for these students.
It's not just about safety; it's also about how these students feel. Wearing old or no shoes during PE can make students feel embarrassed. Our Empowered Soles project wants to fix this by getting support and donations to give these kids new PE shoes. We believe that having the right shoes will not only keep them safe but also make them proud and excited to join in all the activities during class.
In simple words, Empowered Soles is here to help students have safe and fun PE classes by giving them good shoes. Your support can make a big difference in making these kids happy and confident while playing and learning!
