it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, innovative, and eager to solve real-world problems. In our STEAM classroom, we focus on hands-on learning experiences that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By integrating technology, we can deepen our exploration of climate change, solar energy, and environmental justice—topics that are essential for their future and our planet.
With iPads, my students will conduct virtual experiments, design solar-powered solutions, and engage with interactive simulations that bring environmental science to life.
They will document their findings, create presentations, and collaborate on projects that inspire sustainable change. These devices will provide access to real-time data, digital tools, and research materials that enhance their understanding of complex environmental issues.
This project will empower my 3rd-5th graders to think like scientists and engineers while developing solutions to protect our planet. Your support will ensure that every student has the opportunity to become an informed, engaged, and innovative problem-solver in the fight for a sustainable future.
