This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my students’ curiosity, determination, and enthusiasm for learning. Each day, they come to class ready to tackle challenges and grow as readers. My students are diverse in their skills and backgrounds, yet they share a common desire to learn and succeed. They inspire me daily with their resilience and joy for learning.

Flyleaf decodable books will make a transformative difference in their reading journey.

These books are designed to align with phonics instruction, allowing students to build foundational skills while experiencing the joy of independent reading. By focusing on decoding strategies, my students will develop the confidence and ability to tackle more complex texts over time.

With these books, I aim to help every student become a fluent, confident reader. My goal is to create a classroom library filled with engaging, developmentally appropriate materials that meet the needs of all learners.

What makes my students special is their eagerness to grow. They thrive when given the right tools and encouragement. By providing Flyleaf decodable books, I can ensure that each child has access to high-quality resources that support their unique learning needs and set them on a path to lifelong literacy.
