This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m requesting magnet wands, magnetic tiles, and a puzzle to give my students engaging, hands-on activities to explore the science of magnetism. These materials will let students experiment directly with magnetic forces, build structures, and solve puzzles, making abstract concepts like attraction and repulsion feel real and memorable.
My goal is to foster a love for science, teamwork, and problem-solving, especially for students who may not have access to these types of learning experiences outside the classroom.
With these tools, I’m confident they’ll develop both curiosity and confidence in their learning journey.
