Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are full of musical ideas and potential, but we currently lack the technology to help them bring their ideas to life. With iPads, students can:

Compose music using digital audio workstations like GarageBand or Soundtrap

Practice keyboarding and music theory skills using apps like Simply Piano or Tenuto

Learn about the business side of music through hands-on projects, from marketing mock music releases to understanding royalties

To ensure the devices are safely stored and remain in good condition, we also need a secure, lockable storage cart.

With this project, students will be able to:

Produce and record original compositions

Strengthen music literacy and performance skills

Collaborate on multimedia projects

Explore music entrepreneurship and industry careers

By integrating technology, we can turn our music classroom into a studio and a launchpad for future artists, producers, and business leaders.
