My Project

**Unlocking Potential: Tools and Support for Incredible Learners**

My RSP students are some of the most inspiring individuals I’ve ever met.

They face challenges with courage, work hard to overcome obstacles, and celebrate every small victory as a huge success. These students are curious, creative, and resilient, each with unique needs and learning styles that make them truly special.

To support their growth, I’m requesting special education tools and flexible seating options. These resources will make a world of difference in their learning. Tools like visual timers, sensory items, and adaptive writing aids help my students stay focused, self-regulate, and actively engage in their lessons. Flexible seating options, such as wobble stools and bean bags, allow them to learn in ways that suit their needs, fostering comfort, concentration, and confidence.

My goal for this project is to create a classroom environment where every student can thrive. These resources will support individualized learning plans, helping students meet academic goals while developing life skills like self-regulation and problem-solving. They will also create a space that is welcoming and inclusive, where students feel valued and capable of achieving their full potential.

What makes my students truly special is their perseverance and ability to see the world in extraordinary ways. Every day, they teach me the importance of empathy, patience, and celebrating small wins. With your support, we can provide them with the tools and seating options they need to succeed—not just academically, but in building confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
