My Project

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn about our project.

My current second grade and future third grade students are truly remarkable!

They are curious, eager to learn, and full of potential. What I love most about them is their unwavering enthusiasm for discovering new things. They come to school each day ready to explore the world around them, and it's my goal to provide them with the resources they need to foster that curiosity and turn it into lifelong learning.

One of the ways I hope to accomplish this is by bringing Generation Genius into our classroom. Generation Genius is an incredible online resource that provides engaging science videos, lesson plans, and activities designed specifically for elementary school students. By having access to this platform, my students will be able to dive deeper into scientific concepts, conduct virtual experiments, and participate in hands-on activities that will ignite their passion for learning.

My goals for this project are twofold: first, to enhance my students' understanding of science concepts and foster a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives, and second, to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed academically and beyond.
