This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students today are surrounded by technology. I am lucky to work in a district that strives to ensure that technology is part of each and every classroom. As teachers, we need to ensure that each student is prepared to live in this digital age.

While they provide us with these amazing tools, my grade level is in need of personal headphones for each student to have in the classroom.

Fortunately, my district provides the students with personal iPads via VILS. This allows students to access their online programs that support our curriculum.

In addition, moveable white boards will allow our grade level to meet each students social emotional needs with daily motivational quotes as they enter each of our classrooms and capture the eye of other students on campus too!

My hope is to create a classroom environment where students can work with no noise distractions while using their iPads. Headphones will allow the students to be focused on their lessons without the noise distractions from others. Thank you for your consideration and support to create a learning environment where students can achieve their full potential.
