Empowering Students Through Entrepreneurship: Brewing Up A Student-Run Coffee Station

Help me give my students a working coffee station to watch them brew new opportunities to learn about making and selling a product.

My Project

This proposal seeks funding to establish a student-run coffee station that will serve as an educational tool for students to learn fundamental business skills while generating revenue to support student activities. The project will provide hands-on experience in business management, customer service, financial literacy, marketing, and teamwork. All profits generated will be reinvested into the student body to fund extracurricular activities and school-wide events.

By creating a student-run coffee station, we will provide real-world business training in a safe and supportive school environment.

This initiative will foster leadership, teamwork, and financial skills while also benefiting the larger student body through reinvested profits.

Objectives:

Hands-on Business Education – Teach students fundamental business skills such as budgeting, inventory management, marketing, and customer service.

Workforce Readiness – Provide students with job experience that can prepare them for future careers or entrepreneurial ventures.

Financial Literacy – Help students develop skills in managing expenses, calculating profits, and reinvesting funds.

Student Body Enrichment – Use profits to support student-led initiatives, scholarships, and school events.

This student-run coffee station will provide a valuable, real-world learning experience while fostering entrepreneurship and financial literacy. With your support, we can create an initiative that not only teaches students essential skills but also gives back to the school community.
