Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The document reader will transform how students engage with content, each other, and themselves as learners. Allowing students to share their work visually and explain their thinking aloud supports multiple learning styles and builds confidence in communication. It reduces anxiety for shy students by shifting focus away from the individual and toward shared content. It encourages class-wide collaboration, making learning a more inclusive and participatory experience. In math and geometry, the ability to switch between paper and digital tools like Desmos or GeoGebra deepens conceptual understanding by allowing students to visualize and manipulate ideas in real time.
