My Project

At Maui Waena, we are dedicated to providing our students with a high-quality education that not only fosters academic excellence but also encourages creativity and critical thinking.

We are passionate about enabling our students to showcase their learning from various social studies units.

Supplies such as card stock, scissors, colored pencils, glue, pens, rulers, and highlighters play a crucial role in helping our students create informative and visually engaging displays of their learning. Card stock provides a durable and professional foundation for their projects, while scissors help shape and craft their work. Colored pencils and highlighters add vibrancy and clarity to their presentations, making it easier to highlight key information from their social studies units. The snacks will be a great motivator as they love to eat! These will serve as prizes and awards throughout the school year.

To support my students, a paper tray organizer, binder clips, and hanging folders will help me efficiently manage assignments and materials related to the social studies units. Stamps, lamination pouches, and bulletin board letters are invaluable for creating captivating classroom displays that illustrate students' learning. Additionally, a standing desk promotes a healthier and more dynamic teaching environment, allowing them to facilitate students' learning experiences more effectively.
