Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hello, generous donors! Our middle school in Inglewood, California, is committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for our students. We have implemented a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) system to encourage and reward students for exhibiting positive behavior, academic effort, and kindness. To sustain this initiative, we need your help to stock our PBIS rewards store with exciting items that will inspire our students to strive for their best.
We aim to raise funds to purchase a variety of rewards for our PBIS store.
These rewards will serve as tangible incentives for students, encouraging them to demonstrate positive behavior and academic excellence.
Materials Needed:
-School supplies (notebooks, pens, art supplies)
-Fun items (sports equipment, board games, books)
-Tech gadgets (headphones, portable chargers)
-Health and hygiene products (water bottles & hand sanitizers)
-Snacks and treats (individually wrapped)
We are seeking $1,000 to fully stock our PBIS rewards store with a diverse array of items that appeal to all our students.
By contributing to our PBIS rewards store, you will directly influence our students' behavior and academic performance. Positive reinforcement has proven to increase motivation, engagement, and overall school climate. Your donation will help us create a supportive and encouraging, safe environment where every student feels valued and inspired to do their best.
