My Project

This project aims to provide essential mental health resources to students, including a mental health coloring book, self help books like Everything MY Parents taught me and a daily mood tracker journals, and bottled water. The mental health coloring books serve as a creative outlet for students to express their emotions and practice mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. The daily mood tracker journals allow students to monitor their emotions, set goals, and reflect on their well-being, fostering greater self-awareness and self-management. Additionally, providing bottled water ensures students stay hydrated, which is vital for maintaining cognitive function and mood stability. Together, these resources create a supportive environment that encourages students to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
