My Project

In today's digital age, calculators play a crucial role in mathematical education. They allow students to explore mathematical concepts, solve complex problems, and check their work efficiently. By providing each student with their own calculator, we can level the playing field and ensure that every student has an equal opportunity to succeed in math. With access to calculators, my students will have the opportunity to engage in more hands-on and exploratory learning activities. They can use calculators to investigate patterns, analyze data, and solve real-world problems, fostering a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.

For many students, having their own calculator can boost their confidence in their mathematical abilities.

It provides them with a reliable tool to tackle challenging problems independently and verify their solutions, leading to greater self-assurance and perseverance. My primary goal for this project is to ensure that every student in my classroom has access to a calculator to support their mathematical learning journey.

My students are bright, motivated, and eager to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds, many with special education services, and bring a wealth of experiences and perspectives to the classroom. By providing them with access to calculators, we can empower them to explore the wonders of mathematics and unlock their full potential.
