My Project

I teach in a rural school where my students come eager to learn but some face barriers due to a lack of access to current technology. Despite these challenges, they are motivated, curious, and love engaging with interactive tools and digital resources when they are available.

My goal is to provide them with every opportunity to succeed and develop 21st-century skills.

To enhance classroom instruction and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences, I am requesting a MacBook and a Microsoft-compatible computer. These devices will allow me to: access both Apple and Microsoft platforms for presenting interactive lessons, run software specific to each system (e.g., Final Cut Pro for video editing on Mac and Excel simulations on PC), demonstrate real-world applications of math, science, and coding through dual-operating systems and host virtual guest speakers, collaborate on digital projects, and lead small-group tech-based learning activities.
