My Project
As a dedicated science educator teaching biology, environmental science, and robotics at a Title I public school in Chicago, I strive to provide my students with engaging, hands-on learning experiences. However, limited access to technology hinders our ability to fully explore scientific concepts and participate in interactive projects. Our students face numerous challenges, including decreased funding and limited resources. Despite these obstacles, they remain eager to learn and excel in STEM fields. By integrating Chromebooks into our curriculum, we can bridge the digital divide and offer students the tools they need to succeed in today's technology-driven world.
With 10 Chromebooks, students will be able to conduct virtual labs and simulations in biology and environmental science.
They will also engage in coding and programming activities in our robotics course while collaborating on research projects and presentations using cloud-based applications.
Your support will not only provide essential technology but also inspire and empower our students to pursue careers in science and technology. Together, we can cultivate the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers.
