My Project
Imagine a school where students are not only encouraged but also rewarded for demonstrating outstanding behavior and adhering to school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) expectations. At HMS, we strive to create an environment where every student feels valued and motivated to excel, both academically and behaviorally.
To further reinforce positive behaviors, we are seeking your support to provide incentives that will fuel our students' success.
We believe that by rewarding exemplary behavior, we can cultivate a culture of respect, responsibility, and readiness to learn.
One of the most effective ways to motivate students is through tangible rewards that they can enjoy and cherish. Items like candy, popcorn supplies, chips, and Crocs charms may seem small, but they carry significant meaning for our students. These rewards serve as instant gratification for their efforts, reinforcing the connection between positive behavior and positive outcomes.
Popcorn supplies create an exciting atmosphere during movie days, where students can relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Chips and Crocs charms are trendy items that students proudly display, serving as a constant reminder of their commitment to excellence.
By providing these incentives, we are not only rewarding individual students but also fostering a sense of community and camaraderie within our school. When students see their peers being recognized for their positive behavior, it inspires them to strive for similar recognition.
