My Project
Donating decoding cards can significantly support English as a New Language (ENL) students by providing them with essential tools to strengthen their phonics and reading skills. Decoding cards are interactive tools that engage students in hands-on learning. They can manipulate the cards to form words, reinforcing phonics patterns and improving retention. Decoding cards help ENL students recognize and differentiate sounds, which is crucial for reading comprehension and fluency. By practicing letter-sound relationships, students become more confident in decoding unfamiliar words. Donating decoding cards enables teachers like me to provide targeted support to students based on their individual needs. They can be used in small group settings or during one-on-one instruction, ensuring that each student receives the practice they need.
