Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items I'm requesting, headphones with microphones, are crucial for the success of our use of AI technology, as they facilitate enhanced interaction and engagement promoting individualized learning, which is essential for improving literacy while working towards biliteracy, as students can have personalized experiences and overcome any language or pronunciation challenges more effectively.

The goals for this project are multi-faceted.

We want to see an increase in their reading comprehension, vocabulary, and language fluency. Additionally, we aim to measure their engagement and confidence in using AI technology as a tool for learning, preparing them for the technological demands of the future.

What makes our students special is their diversity and potential, and they are also working towards biliteracy. They come from various backgrounds and cultures, and many are bilingual or multilingual. Our students' unique experiences and linguistic backgrounds provide a rich tapestry of diversity, making them well-suited for leveraging AI technology to enhance their literacy skills and achieve biliteracy with the right tools. Their potential is unlimited, and with the right resources, like headphones with microphones and AI technology, they can excel in their journey towards biliteracy, benefiting both personally and academically.
