This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an eighth-grade math teacher, my goal is to help each of my students build confidence in their mathematical abilities and develop a deep understanding of key concepts. However, with the diverse needs of my students, it can be challenging to find resources that meet the needs of all learners—those who need extra support and those who are ready for extension activities. That's where you come in!
I am seeking a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to purchase high-quality, teacher-created resources that will allow me to provide personalized support and enrichment for my students.
These resources will be used to create differentiated learning opportunities for my classroom, such as:
Support Activities: For students who need extra practice or guidance, I will find worksheets, interactive activities, and visual aids to help reinforce concepts.
Extension Activities: For students who are ready for more advanced challenges, I will be able to access problem-solving tasks, math games, and project-based assignments to stretch their thinking and deepen their understanding.
Interactive Digital Resources: I plan to purchase online activities, games, and assessments that can be used both in the classroom and remotely, ensuring that every student can engage with the material in a meaningful way.
Assessments & Feedback Tools: With the right materials, I can better assess student progress and provide quick feedback, which is crucial for guiding them toward success.
