My Project

As a speech therapist, I strive to support the communication needs of every student, especially those who face barriers due to speech or language impairments. With your support, we can make a significant difference in the lives of our diverse student population.

Our goal is to acquire an iPad equipped with essential apps tailored to alternative or augmentative communication, particularly aimed at non-speaking students.

This technology will serve as a vital tool, enabling these students to express themselves effectively and participate fully in classroom activities.

The iPad offers a versatile platform for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) solutions. Its intuitive interface and robust selection of apps cater to a wide range of communication needs. By providing an iPad, we can harness the power of technology to empower our students and break down communication barriers.

Many students in our school face challenges in verbal expression, hindering their ability to engage in classroom discussions and activities. With an iPad, equipped with voice output technology and trial AAC devices, we can offer these students a lifeline to communication. Whether it's expressing their thoughts, answering questions, or participating in group projects, every student deserves the opportunity to be heard.
