My Project

My preschool students are the first round of Covid babies to enter the school system. This means that these children have had less contact with other children since the day they were born.

I am hoping that these emotion play dough mats will help to talk about difficult topics and situations that are happening in the classroom.

Their lack of socialization has created many behavior issues in the classroom. They have trouble sharing, managing their emotions and being around other children.

The pladough, scissors and emotions mats will help my students to work their fine motor skills; along with how to help manage their emotions.
