My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow! Many of our students come from low-income families yet the future starts when stepping into our preschool door where we can change those odds!
Many of these children are less likely to have the early educational support that is so crucial for the development.
I will help them build foundation skills on which they can continue to build, as well as social abilities for getting along in a classroom. I believe these items such as stress relief toys and fun art supplies will help them regulate and calm all the many emotions they go through that they may not understand yet thus helping them cope with all the transitions they may take in a day!
My Project
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately will help to increase their motor skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills. The Washable Dot Markers will help them with creativity skills which will help them discover their artistic and creative sides because early development and social skills are necessary to thrive in a school environment. We will do lots of crafts to help preschoolers to develop the fine motor skills required to succeed with more complex projects in the future.
