My Project

To empower at-risk 1st graders with social-emotional skills to understand and manage their emotions, develop empathy, and foster positive relationships.

This social-emotional project, at-risk 1st graders can develop essential skills to navigate their emotions, build positive relationships, and thrive academically and socially.

During the weeks of the project students will be engaged in activities to help and empower my students with self-awareness skills, self-regulation, role playing exercises and creative arts based activities.

The project will also help create a safe and supportive environment where children feel valued and empowered to express themselves authentically.
