This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Tools such as fidget toys, Cloud Clay, and the Feelings and Emotions Cards Toolbox will help the students with their self-regulation and to practice the skills learned. It will also help them if they are feeling upset and need something to help them with regulation. Our students are amazing and always open to learning new things. This will just help them with being able to use their skills better. Some will also provide them with some incentives for behavior and attendance. This will overall help them to be successful here at school. By giving them these different tools, the students will learn important skills to use both inside and outside the classroom.
