Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items on the list are meant to help my students learn about different cultures and how to embrace diversity. The books on the list will help my students understand that not everyone's the same. Teaching students at a young age to respect everyone's differences is important for their growth. The dollhouse on the list will help my students during playtime because they can act out different situations they are exposed to and show other students that their families might look different.
My hope is that my students will enjoy these materials and learn from them as well.
