Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are hungry to use technology and apply it to their learning. What better way to use technology in the classroom than to use a projector to enhance their skills.
I have a variety of learners.
My students are all interested in developing their skills. They come to my class for an hour a day to receive intervention in their weakest area in language development and in reading. They enjoy using technology as part of their developmental growth.
My Project
By using a mobile projector, I will be able to guide and demonstrate to my students the different websites in reading and language arts to develop their skills. I will also use the projector to go over strategies and activities that will enhance learning in the classroom. I will be able to use the iPad to project my lessons through the mobile Elmo Boxi projector. The students will also be able to use the iPad for learning enhancement.
With the donation of this project, I will be able to incorporate the projector and the iPad as part of my daily lesson plans.
The use of the projector will give my students more exposure to the significance of using technology in the learning process.
