ELLs Create, Express, and Cleanse

Help me give my students basic drawing supplies of crayons and markers to let their creativity flow in ELL class. We need cleaning supplies to sanitize the germs away and fidgets for the calm corner and stickers as prizes.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are well planned for. In other words, I know exactly what we will do with them. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The markers and crayons will be used for various projects in ELL class where students express their understanding of content. The laminator will be used to preserve a variety of assignments and projects done in ELL class. The cleaning supplies will help us be germ-free, so that we may enjoy the school year without illness. The fidgets would be a great addition to our Calm Corner. The stickers will be used as simple in-the-moment rewards and tracking tokens. The puck lights will be used as a visible reminder of our voice-level expectations.

Your donations to this project will help my students accelerate their growth to language proficiency.

By allowing students to create projects to display their understanding of language content, we show them that there are ways to express mastery of content. We truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
